“In 2020 we were stationed in Australia. I was able to come home and interview 12 different custom home builders. County Line was not one of those 12. We were not 100% satisfied with any of them. On the way back to Australia I found a listing that had County Line Custom Homes as the POC and I called it. Several calls and long video conversations later we knew they would be the builders to build our retirement home. This was a very difficult decision for us to start building a home while living 8,600 miles away and would present many challenging obstacles to include a 14 hour time difference. They handled it all in stride.

Despite the supply chain shortages, crazy inflation, and some rough weather, they finished our build ahead of schedule and very close to the budget that we had chosen. I have heard numerous horror stories in the past 12 months about home builders and the home building experience. These were not our experience.
